Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders close weekly on Saturday at midnight.

• Orders are baked fresh, packed, and shipped on Mondays.

• Shipping times depend on the destination. Tracking details will be provided upon shipment.

Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final. Once your order is processed, no refunds or exchanges will be given.

We bake fresh and ship fast! Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Need ‘em quicker? Reach out and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

If you don’t eat ‘em all in one sitting (we won’t judge), keep them in an airtight container at room temp for up to a week, or freeze ‘em for later indulgence.

Absolutely! Whether it’s a birthday, thank-you, or just because, you can add a special note at checkout and send cookie love their way.

At this time cookies are only for box shipping, however, if we have leftovers from baking on Mondays individual cookies will be available for purchase at the café until they are gone.

• Do you ship nationwide? Yes! We offer nationwide shipping within the U.S.

• Do you offer local pickup? Yes! Local pickup is available on select pick up days in Milwaukee, WI. Please see ordering page for details

• How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary based on your location. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

• What if my order is delayed? We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if you experience excessive delays, please contact us at info@bakeddreamsmke.com for assistance.

• Can I return my order? No, all sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged upon arrival, please email us at info@bakeddreamsmke.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution accordingly.
